SHARING A SPECIAL MOMENT
It is always an honor to be part of the 9/11 ceremony, but this year was truly special. It has been 25 years since that terrible day. However, through it all, our country stood proud and free. On this 9/11, we had not only the gift of still standing proud, but also the freedom to sing “God Bless America,” “America the Beautiful,” and “Let There Be Peace on Earth.” What made it so special and sad was Richard Wagner announcing that this would be the last Bretton Woods 9/11 ceremony over which he would preside. His dedication and commitment to this project have been truly amazing. Deacon Jim attended and shared beautiful words and a song. There were other speakers sharing their moving stories. Craig and Richard orchestrated the 9/11 ceremony, and there were so many faces behind the scenes helping make this wonderful event happen.
We were grateful for sharing the moment. The Players ❤️🙏

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our October Birthday Babies!
SUNSHINE WISHES. We want to send lots of Sunshine wishes to Bruce. I know you have seen him walking around with his arm wrapped. He, of course, walks around like he is totally fine, but of course he is not. He broke his wrist very badly, had surgery, and is supposed to be taking it easy. So, when you see him as the one-arm bandit moving speakers and such, that’s Bruce taking it easy. Bruce, we truly are sending you prayers and hoping you have a total recovery from this accident. We appreciate all you do for the Players and all of us who know you.
Sunshine wishes to Joanne Anderson. We miss you. Hope you are doing ok and will be able to come to a meeting or an event soon.
Sunshine wishes to Roseann. Hope you are getting stronger every day. We miss you and are waiting to see that sunshiny face soon. 😘
Sunshine wishes Callie. We miss you. There is a spot on our stage waiting for you. 🎉
To Joanne and Angela, hoping after your pending knee surgeries, you will be running to our meetings!
We want to send our deepest sympathy to Chris and Joe Poepplein. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Chris’s mother. May she Rest in Peace.
